Bug reports jump the queue. If the problem is on my side, I’ll fix it as soon as I can.I read every submission, even if I can’t respond to each one. The most useful ideas make it into my queue.I usually reply within a few days.

Highest priority. Paste the link to the mockup and tell me which Photoshop version or browser you use. A screenshot helps a lot. “It doesn’t work” helps a lot less — I get plenty of those.

Maybe yes, maybe no! I need a photo of the product, a link (manufacturer’s page or similar mockups) and the exact type or size. Requests without them get a very polite “no”. Not out of spite — I just can’t read minds. Yet.
