F.A.Q.
Hi! I’ve been getting a lot of e-mails lately. To save some of mine and your time I have compiled a short list of frequently asked questions with their answers.
I’d really like to help you. I really do. But unfortunately, I’m afraid I won’t have time for that. At the moment I am dealing with two large mockup sites. They require my constant attention and commitment. That’s why I decided that since all the mockups on this site are free, you have to deal with modifying and customizing them yourself. I am counting on your understanding.
I am very pleased with that. I really like receiving such e-mails. Unfortunately, I will probably not answer it, for a simple reason. I have a limited amount of time that I can devote to work, so I prefer to focus on more effective tasks. Again, I hope for your understanding.
Unfortunately, I don’t create mockups for individual orders. There are too many reasons to list all of them, but I believe you will find the right person for this task.
I also have to decline. I spend all my time creating mockups, and I don’t do graphic design anymore.
If so, please share it with me. However, keep in mind that I also have a lot of ideas myself and also receive a lot of e-mails on this matter. If I do such a mockup, I will let you know. But if you need it in a fairly short amount of time, I’m afraid you’ll have to look for it on another site.
Oops. You get me there. Yes, the license from mockups-design.com needs some fine-tuning and I have that in mind. However, when it comes to the possibility of using my mockups for commercial purposes, the rules are quite simple.
You can use them for practically anything. Also for commercial purposes. What you can’t do is:
– share open mockup files (in PSD, TIFF etc.) on other sites
– publish “bare mockups” (with design turned off) on free and paid stock, graphic or any other media sites.

If your question is not on the list, please note that it may take me some time to answer. I give priority to all e-mails regarding page crashes, mockup errors and badly linked files.
