The trade-off is width. Five panels at DL width means each column stays narrow, so it suits content that moves in stages rather than a single big image, and the reading order matters more than ever — you're guiding someone through five steps in sequence, not showing them one spread. Worth settling the panel order and where each fold lands before you place anything.
